Rising Roof Services works out of 3003 Woodfield Plaza Dr, Floor 1 in Boca Raton’s Woodfield area. Most of our work is within a short drive — Boca West, Broken Sound, St. Andrews, the gated and 55+ communities of West Boca, and the coastal neighborhoods toward Highland Beach and Delray. We also schedule work across Palm Beach County and north Broward.

- We separate what’s confirmed from what’s suspected, and say what can’t be known until materials come off.
- We put the scope in writing: materials, tear-off, decking allowance, permit responsibility, cleanup and payment milestones.
- We recommend a repair when a repair will hold, and replacement only when the roof has earned it.
- We pull permits and hand you the closeout records, product approvals and warranty paperwork.
- We treat your property like it’s ours: on time, organized, careful, and cleaned up before we leave.

Before you hire any roofing contractor in Florida, look up the exact business name or license number on the Florida DBPR portal and confirm the license is active. Ask for current liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage (or a valid exemption), and make sure the company on your contract is the company on the license.
